Shipping

Every jar is packed with care so it reaches you as fresh and vibrant as it left our kitchen. Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days, then passed along to our delivery partners. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on where you live.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your spices from our shelves to your table. While we do our best to make sure everything arrives on time, delays caused by carriers, weather, or address errors may be outside our hands.

Returns & Refunds

Spices are living flavors, and for that reason we cannot accept returns once they leave our kitchen. But we believe every order should arrive exactly as promised. If your jars arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, reach out to us within 7 days at Info@heritage-blends.com. Share your order number and a photo, and we’ll set it right with a replacement or a refund.

Gift cards and sale items are final, but every other jar is covered by our commitment to quality.
