My family’s restaurant back home shaped my love for experimenting. Surrounded by the sound of sizzling pans and the scent of fresh spices, I could never leave a spice untouched. I mixed, I swapped, I tested what would happen if I bent tradition just a little. Curiosity became my language and flavor my canvas, and with each meal I wanted to share my very best creations.

But in modern grocery stores, the spirit I grew up with was missing. The aisles felt hollow, lined with rows of jars dressed in promises, yet inside they were echoes of one another.
